Tutoring center builds language skills and character
Who says? Mom, that’s who.

My children are succeeding academically. And for this, I am thrilled.
Yet although they attend public schools, that’s not the source of their growth.
The transformation has come from Future Hope Africa’s after-school tutoring.
The children were not developing and flourishing in their regular school environment. This put them behind many others their age. Yet it’s all we could afford. Future Hope Africa (which serves children for free) turned this around.
My girls’ French abilities were mediocre. And this is important because it’s the official language of the nation. Now they are able to freely express themselves and understand the subjects they learn at school.
Living skills and good manners are now part of their lives. And they are becoming more and more polite!
They can even greet in Spanish because they have heard others learn Spanish at the Kanega Center.
We are blessed by the work of Future Hope Africa. We have hope because we know the girls have opportunities. Because of this, they are flourishing in school and in life.
For my part, I would prefer this work never stops.
